It is easy to come up with a great MLM marketing system that will produce killer results

. The problem? Sometimes these systems can take a number of months before they are really producing enough income for you to be able to not only survive -- but to be able to invest more money into your business.

It is a major roadblock into which so many marketers run. They have the best intentions -- and even the best MLM marketing system planned out -- but they are bringing in little or no income at the beginning. That is a problem both practically and emotionally. It is hard to stay motivated when you are seeing no "results" in your bank account.

It is for this reason that I tell people who are just starting or are in the process of building their business, to implement funded proposals into their MLM marketing system. They are a way to put some money into your pockets while you're building your business -- and even if people don't decide to join your business.

Before I go into this, I want to put one idea into your head that I hope you'll keep with you as you build your business. You always hear about how you need to build a list (which you absolutely DO), but you want your mindset to be not that you are building a list but rather that you are building a COMMUNITY.

Remember that your list (or your community as you should now think of it) is the most valuable asset in your business -- and it is important that you treat it as such. Your MLM marketing system should be built around this idea.

You can communicate with your community in any number of ways -- via Twitter, Facebook, Email etc. As you do so, you want to abide by the "golden rule" of marketing, which is to treat others how you would want to be treated.

With that said, and going back to what I was saying at the beginning of the article, when you are just starting your business or are in the process of building your community, you need to make sure that you are getting paid. You want to be sure that you have money coming in throughout the whole process of building your business.

This is where funded proposals come into play. They are a great tool for anyone getting started in an MLM business, and should be part of the MLM system of anyone in that boat.

So what is a funded proposal and how does it work? More importantly, how does it make you money right now? Here's how it works.

When you take leads to a squeeze page and they input their information, where do they usually get sent? When you are using a funded proposal, you would send them to a salespage advertising a low end product of yours (which might retail for $30-$50).

What does this do for you? It allows you to get paid while you're generating leads. This is a very powerful concept and a very important piece to have in your MLM marketing system while you are building your business. Think about the power of this -- you are taking one of the biggest variables for your business and turning it into an asset.
