The cost of membership will be around 50-250 but again this depends on the choice that you make. Obviously, if you are only sending the occasional package then signing up for membership will not really be of use to you as you won't receive the benefits that each package can bring. In this case, you will be able to purchase additional cover from the courier to give you a bit more protection. You will usually be able to get covered up to the value of 1000 and the cost of the extra cover will vary depending on the amount needed.
You should seriously consider obtaining additional cover where necessary whenever you are using a parcel delivery service to send something that is worth a lot. Failing to do this could result in you losing out in the event of loss or damage.
