Many people have a project for which they need funding.

First, most investors are reluctant to let go of their funds unless they have a level of security or some reasonable expectation that they'll see their money back again. This system solves this issue immediately.

Secondly, to win approval by the financier, you have to compete with so many other projects seeking the very same capital which means you need more than: a good idea, a great plan, an experienced management team and all the other elements needed to sell your project. Not only do you need to be good', but you need to be better' than everyone else you are competing against. You need an extra edge' to stand out above the crowd of project managers who are also trying to get the same money you need. This new mechanism does this for you.

And lastly, in this world which is awash in mediocrity and operators with the best intentions but less than the best preparedness to perform, you need to be able to offer impeccable credentials with the highest level of professionalism.

Here is the concept in a nutshell:

Imagine telling your potential financier the following: "Keep your investment capital under your own control at all times. We're not asking you to invest your capital with us and we're not asking you to put it at risk in our project. Let us show you how to put your capital in your own secure bank account in a major bank in London. Only you will have access to your funds. From this account, we'll show you how to generate profits from this account and you pledge to apply only those profits, or a portion of those profits to our project. Therefore, you never release your capital out of your own control, we show you how to make profits from that account, and you only provide us with the gains from that account to use in our business plan. Fair enough?"

Nothing could be fairer than that! Now, how does this work? There are two levels:


A) $10 million and above allows for access into the private placement arena which generates an amount of profit equivalent to the original principal in 30 to 60 days with virtually no risk to the client.

B) Amounts under $10 Million. In this scenario the time frame takes a little longer but profits are generated daily and it would be reasonable to take a periodic (say monthly) drawdown from the profits to put in the operational budget of the project. In this scenario, the client opens his own account in a bank like Citibank, London. From this account he would authorize experienced currency traders to trade a brokerage account set up using the bank account capital to leverage the trades in the market. If the client prefers, or if he is applying less than $1 million to the account, then he'd open the account direct with the London brokerage which is FSA regulated.

Regarding B) above, the traders currently run 3 systems. When all 3 systems results are combined and applied to a single account, they have never' had a losing month. This is a big deal. They will charge a performance fee based as a % only on profits generated. This will vary based on the size of the account, but you can figure 35% generally. There are no upfront fees involved in this scenario.

In Summary, with a financier starting with $10M or above, the entire funding for a project could be make available in short order (30-60 days), depending on the client's needs versus what capital is being applied to the program. With less than $10M, the currency traders have been averaging more than 20% gain per month during this entire global financial crisis. So at this rate, a $5M investment would yield $1M per month gross, before the performance incentive paid to the traders.This would give one the edge needed when negotiating a deal with potential financiers. These private placements work and are helping projects get funded in a time when obtaining funds is almost impossible!
