Then going solo releasing 5 of his own projects. The mix tape Yardwurk was released summer 2007 was hosted by the legendary Dj Chicago. He released Livin-N-Truth album in 2008. He continued to get college radio exposure (91.1). He broke into main stream radio with the hit single H8r's (Z107.9). That took him to being a runner up in the Pepsi Smash. So be ready for Akiese.
