President Obama is urging moms to get back in school. In order to help them out in this troubled economy, his plan of attack is issuing a new program called Scholarships for Moms. To entice the moms the Federal Pell Grant funds were increased to $5,500. The additional grant money will let more single moms attend college. The cost of moms attending college is also being aided with other various denomination scholarships created by the President. The economy will become stronger with more moms working because in part of the $5500 Pell grant that made it possible for them to attend college, get a good degree and enter the job market. Most single moms will probably take their classes on line because of the busy schedule and demanding child responsibilities.
