Hi,

I'm 42 years old and i have made this blog in the hope that i can help someone who has been through the same torture that i have been through.

I've spent most of my life worrying about my figure .I think it started when i was in school and some boys started off by calling me tree trunk legs' nice huh ? ,well this name stuck with me most of my teenage life.

I was never really that fat but i just had these really fat legs and bum.However i did finally find a system that worked for me.

Anyway , from my early twenties up to the age of nearly forty i tried what must have been nearly every diet,every fad,all the thigh exercises and stomach exercises that i could lay my hands on and nothing seemed to make much difference.

Some of the diet and toning exercises worked but only for a while and then the weight crept back on.

But then just before i hit the big FOUR OHHH NOO ! i discovered a system of lower back exercises with some inner and outer thigh exercises mixed with some abdominal exercises that finally worked. The best inner thigh workout is one that includes inner thigh toning.
