Prayerfully take these steps:

Create opportunity for only two of you to talk over the matter.

Listen to your partner with willingness to understand.

Be in control of your emotions, carefully and cautiously choosing your words.

Objectively examine yourself to see where you are probably at fault.

Apologise for your fault, determining never to repeat the actions and its likes.

Seek the well-being of your partner and soften your and stance for him or her.

If your are the offended, never nurse a feeling of revenge but pray and receive grace to forgive.

Give all possible concessions.

If your partner fails to see reason, then take the next step.

Prayerfully seek a God-fearing third party who will be sincere and fair to listen to both of you.

If the third-party intervention deadlocks, take the next step.

Prayerfully report the matter to your pastor or any one who has some measure of authority over both of you.

In case your partner remains implacable, then continue in prayer for him or her, believing God to melt his or her heart and change it.

Ensure you are not harbouring any resentment, revenge or retaliation so your prayers be not hindered.
