The Most Effective Key to Begin Expand Your Vocal Range In Minutes I once wanted to expand my vocal range. I had a fairly normal 'breaking point' for a male. But this wouldn't let me sing the types of songs I wanted to sing. I could never understand why singers like Jeff Buckley could simply float up WAY beyond where my voice seemed to give in.This breaking point... let me tell you a little more about it (although I think you...more
Most States Allow HSATax Deductions Last year, the number of people purchasing high-deductible health plans or consumer-driven health plans rose to 22 million, according to the Employee Benefit Research Institute. In 2010, about 17.2 million of those buying their own insurance had high-deductible plans. Almost 10 million had also invested in a health savings account, or HSA, to help them cover health care until their deductible was met. That amounted to an increase of 25 percent for health savings accounts in just a single year, according to a census by America's Health Insurance Plans. The Public Need For High-deductible Health Plans Is GrowingWith health insurance rate hikes on individual coverage of up to 40 percent, it's no wonder that more people are switching to high-deductible health plans. The premiums on such plans can be from 30 percent to 40 percent lower than the cost of co-pay plans. That's a plan that charges about $25 or $35 for doctor office visits and sometimes prescriptions. CRM in your own cloud You'd have to be hiding under a rock if you didn't know that "cloud computing" is all the rage these days. You know it is when Microsoft advertises cloud computing on TV commercials. (What they don't tell you is that you don't really need "the cloud" to edit photographs the way they show on the commercial. But, that's another topic altogether!)What a lot of people DON'T know is that several CRM apps are available in both "premises" based form as well as web-based form. This means that a CRM app can be run on your computer, or your server, as well as on the Internet.Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sugar CRM and ACT! are but 3 examples of CRM apps that can be run either way. ACT! in particular, in its Premium version, allows both local network as well as Internet access. This is especially attractive if the firm using ACT! "hosts" the ACT! database on one of their own servers. This saves the firm the cost of "renting" their CRM software on a per-month-per-person basis. (Pure web-based CRM apps such SalesForce.com are available only on a per-month-per-person basis.)The beauty of using ACT! in this scenario is that local, office-bound users can access a...more
