Sometimes the base vehicles original chassis is retained and on other occasions a replacement AL-KO lightweight chassis platform is attached to the cab. This type of construction also features an over cab compartment - often referred to as a Luton. This space is nomally used as double bed sleeping area, but can be minimised and used as a storage area.
