My favourite cuisine is the italian one. I would eat pasta from the first of year till the last day.

Pasta is known on any corner of the planet, but in my opinion you need to eat it when properly cooked.

Wanna cook pasta parmigiana ?

Peel the eggplant, cut into slices, season with salt and leave for about an hour to make water.then fry in hot oil.

Prepare the sauce with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and basil.Cook pasta al dente, dress, arrange a layer in an oiled baking dish, cover with a layer of eggplant slices with mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, repeat until you finish the ingredients.End with eggplant, tomato sauce and cheese.

Let gratin in the oven.

After eating such wonderful dish, you will feel like saying mamma mia all day long.
