some guy told me before that i can be nothing more than a shoes!! although i did`nt get what he meant,whether he was criticizing my look or question in my ability to be something worth, but his statment made me feel really devastated. To tell the truth i hated my self that day, but after taking a second thought i found it very obviously that he just said that cause he can`t feel acceptance by himself so he started to criticize everyone else the way they look ,the way they think and their whole character .Then start to question in their ability to reach what he want, just to feel better about himself.

one thing else as i was surfing the web i found a huge number of people who complain about beening mentally abused with words by their bf/gf which ruined their self esteem .

when your bf/gf keeps compareing you with your friends and others , and keep telling you that no one else but him/her will want you ,make you feel not desirable ,and you can not live without him/her , they just manipulat you.. cant you see when they say that how desperate they are...?! cant see how much they need you in their lives? actually they dont love you cause it seems very contradictory but they do that probably because they feel you are better than them,they feel that they don`t deserve to be with you.. so they diminsh your self esteem to make you afraid of leaving them.

i really feel sorry for those people they have alot of self hatred and their only way to feel secured is by ruinning other`s self esteem as a sympathetic way to feel that they are more accepted by society. So may be am not that beauty , not that clever and may eb am not that charming character but i wont let you get me i wont let you ruined my self esteem because i believe that i am special i believe in some way that their is no one like me and i believe that i will find my perfection in some thing no one own but me . so guys and girls you are perfect every one is in some way ,

who ever you are you should believe in your self your look and your potentials and do not let any one affect you with their negative thoughts , know that you are beautiful , say yes i can reach my goal i can be the one i am aiming to and please lovee your self cause people see you throgh your own eyes.
