The result of all these complaints is that the Better Business Bureau has changed DirecTVs rating from a grade of C-minus to NR for No Rating. This means that the company has received so many complaints that the company's grade is now below failing. I know when I signed up for DirecTV they did tell me about the two-year contract, but informed me of cancellation charges. So being a DirecTV customer I couldnt help but feel somewhat concerned.
