Om - Maya! And I thought you stop liking me or was shy from me.
Maya- (full of tears but laughing) do you think this is right time to bring that up.
Om- No Maya I mean if you had problems you were supposed to talk with me, like you are talking now
Maya- what were I supposed to say, hey Om I like you, you are my good friend and by the way, can I drink your blood?
Om- no but as I was your only friend you were suppose to share.
Maya- sharing meant making you my victim, I know I couldn't control me if you come too close to me and that's what happened, Om why you are here, you should be afraid, you should run away from me. Run!
Om- now you look more scared (smiling)
Maya- Om I know I will die of starvation, as long as you will be alive; I will not be able to eat any normal food as my father have told me
Om-(intimidate) what else your father have told you?
Maya- he told me that I am never suppose to eat food which have garlic in it of course when I am not drinking blood as it will make me sick, god now I understood him why he said "when I am not drinking somebody blood"
Om- so if I run away from you and live my life somewhere else you will die starving
Maya- yes but I will be okay with that.
Om- (whispers in her ear by pulling her close to him in low and sexy voice) How you could even think that your only friend will let you die (pull her toward his shoulder) I will never run away (unbuttoned his shirt and revealed his shoulder and neck)
Maya (try to control herself) - Om I am totally sorry that I did this to you once but (biting her lips and deep breathing) I will not do this again (closes her eyes and stopped for a second) I think you should run Away from me.
Om- no Maya if I am dying then I am(slowly tried to walk and push her with himself) I don't care what but you were one thing I have wanted all my life and I am not going to run when god is asking me to pay little price for you.
(They were in bedroom already)
Maya- are you sure Ahh (heavy breathing, and licking her lips and swallowe her spit) about this
Om-let's do it (kissed her)
Om- Maya are you ok?
Maya-Ahh (closed eyes) why
Om- you are so cold
Maya- I am always going to be cold from now. It's just one more of my sign that I am not like you.
(She pulled him towards her and kisses him back and due to her sharp Canine tooth which struck Om lips cause him instant bleeding and he cried in pain)
Maya- I am sorry Ahh does that hurt
Om - ok just go on it's (Before he could finish his sentence, his blood drops which was already on Maya lips entered her mouth)
Maya- Ahh(her eyes rolled back and she moves her head into ecstasy and then come what was to come)- Om I am sorry in advance(Om see her huge canine coming towards him and just in matter of second she put it through his neck to his veins and start feeding)
(Although initially it was painful, very soon it became normal beside he could feel losing energy as she drink his blood and headache, some of his blood flow out of her mouth through her cheek on bed sheet which turn whole bed sheet bloody. After she was done Om fall to bed)
Maya-(after recovering from what has just happened) I am sorry, are you ok?
Om- (shaking) yes
Maya- you sure you can (wiping blood from her mouth) do it
Om- yes
(Maya unzip his pants)
Maya- Om I am sorry but you are not ready?
Om - I will be ready (tired and weak) give me minutes
Maya- you know dad told me that our great grandparents left Europe and came here because they were sick of their bloodsucking vampire kins so they decided to leave Europe and settle in somewhere where they were unlikely to be found, I never understood why would they bring that bottle with them.
Om- forget it whatever happened you are alive because of that and that's blessing of god for me.
Maya-no but feeling of drinking human blood is really horrible, not until you are satisfied before doing it you feel thirsty and after you are finished you feel(eyes filled with tear again) horrible
Om- you are not horrible, you are not forcing me, I am doing it with my free will.
Maya-(weeping) - I don't want you to end up like papa.
Om- ok, Maya I have heard that many time from now, I am sorry for your papa, but Maya time is different now we were lacking food or balanced food then but now it's okay I will eat according to our need which will help us through.
Maya- you know Om, I have always fantasized you.
Om- fantasized me!
Maya- it always started with drinking your blood though it will turn into something else later.
Om- what it turns into?
Maya- you know it (kinky).
Om- I don't know anything, I am a village boy who never been to even Kathmandu.
Maya- you know girls do things to satisfy themselves by fantasizing guys.
Om-I think I am ready now.
Maya-(looking down) I can see that
(Then Maya climb on him and throw all her dresses which were stained by dried blood by now, as soon as she did it she felt current through both of their bodies, yes Maya always fantasize about Om neck and other things but she never thought she will get them, so it was special moment for her. she continued being on top as she was the boss Om just relaxed and enjoyed, he could not do more either because of his blood loss and fresh neck wound. This didn't lasted much longer as it was first time for both of them and they were so enough excited. After she was done she rested a bit on him then rolled next to him.)
She didn't spokes for few minutes but after that- some time I wonder if this just psychological, I mean I can eat food when I have no victim for drink.
Om- don't bring them up now, no matter what it is I am ok, and now I am feeling sleep, so clean your mind and try to relax and trust me we are together then nothing can go wrong. I love you (kissed her both cheeks)
Maya (smilingly) thanks
(Very soon both of them were in deep sleep)
Next day went like a normal day. But, their frankness was gone and they started to acting reserved to each other, may be because Maya don't want to tell him that she was still panicked about him ending up just like her father and Om too was bit scared now.
Om made breakfast and this time, he didn't even ask Maya for it. Both tried to keep respective distance and where panicked and lost in thought. It was a boring day indeed; Om washed all bed sheets and clothes stained by blood including Maya clothes too. Maya wanted to help but didn't have gut to talk when she saw him carrying those blood-soaked clothes in bathroom.
Maya spent rest of the day in her room while Om doing all house chores but didn't talk all day for no reason and even when wanted to, he have no idea what to say.

Om has started to collect wood for winter, as it was close and weather was already chilled like sun was less hard and evening happen soon. Om and Maya were living a normal life now besides the fact that Maya was still a vampire and was feeding on blood of Om. She will drink him twice a week, especially when they mate. Om will joke Maya that she may have tasted lots hundreds year old wine but she get addicted to a 22yrs old bottle. Although, that annoyed her but she will ignore it and make an angry face whenever he comment like this. slowly she started realizing that she really have started caring about him and she was more and more deeply in love with him every day. They were now a true couple, and they really started to enjoy each other company. Om will make her laugh and they talk all the time, boring days were gone and they were no more hesitant but very comfortable with each other around and feel more secure this way. Yes, unless they have not gone through sex and feeding thing, after it amazingly despite Om who lose energy and find difficult to move for hours and not to mention the pain he got from wounds, but it was Maya who remain depressed whole next day. In beginning Om would try to convince her, that it was not her fault and it was destiny, but later Om gives up and he knew except those two days other days were going to be heaven for him. Om as he worked in jungle for wood all day would everybody with their work (as other people were old) and it was like he worked almost for them.
He was nice to Maya, nice and respectful to other people in village and people perceptions started to change towards him. They started to realize that they have abandoned him and he was always a nice guy, talkative, friendly and social. Soon, gossip women have new thing to talk about that how charming was Om and how lucky was Maya and how late they realize that, Maya has made right choice.
Everything was in the way it should be and Om realized how many time he had thought to end his life and if he had done that back then, he had never seen these days and he completely believe that all the loneliness and frustration was worth these days of life and the and loss of blood keep bothering Maya was no way even matter of concern for him as his life was way to worst in past.
But people of village were bothered by something one of them was Maya would never attend any feast (because she has fear that she might end up puking on plate) and Om was reluctantly getting skinny not thin but very skinny. His cheekbones were visible soon, once he have crossed his preteen he never was like this as he was owner of lots of sheep for him consuming meat was cheapest and easiest thing.
It was not like Maya couldn't provide Om adequate food as she was way more richer than Om was and people know she have brilliant collection of dry food and wines.
People were afraid if he had catches some disease and this time they were not making cheap gossips about him, but was really worried for him.
In other side Om facial and body changes have also started to bother May, he was becoming skinnier every day. Maya would try to drink his less blood one time and next time she will drink more than she usually do as not feeding herself first time properly, keep her hunger strong and she will do that against her will next time, afterward will come great depression she goes through and this time it only went longer. Om will try to eat food more than his stomach could hold and sometime end vomiting and he will usually cook meal of two person and end up throwing them. For Maya, it was getting hard to see him struggling like that to put on some wet to impress her. Maya was deeply frustrated in her mind and was blaming herself for everything and not very much but somewhere in back of her mind she remembered her father was skinnier when he died. She really doesn't want Om to end up like that.
She had known in the past couple of months that Om had loved her all his life and she thought that all she ever thought was just to have sex with him, it was just lust and nothing. Nothing compared to his love and she has admitted in her mind that her marriage proposal was nothing but an idea to fulfill her bloody and lustful obsession. She wouldn't talk to him later and things were becoming sad by her own perceptions by which she has turned herself into a devil and thought how bad she was to hurt someone who loved her this much?

It was only 3 pm but as they were close to winter sun was already setting off and that's when Om return from forest with dry woods he have collected, it was normal to see Maya sad but this time it was different, she was in pain.
Om- are you okay?
She didn't answer.
Om-(bit annoyed) Maya are you okay?
Maya- (sobbing) - there is a bad news Om.
Om (little afraid) - what is it?
Maya (breaks into crying) - father Joseph passed away.
Om couldn't believe it first but reminding himself Joseph age and Maya circumstances says it couldn't have been a lie but he only wish it was. He remembered his childhood and especially teen years as father Joseph was only person who spoke with him beside roshan but roshan's sarcastic jokes have made him disliking personality for Om for many years. Father was only person he liked and he was gone now. Om in his hearts has so much left to say, there were so many things he wanted to thanks father for. Unfortunately in his adult and late teen life due to likely frustration caused by his loneliness, he has even stopped responding to father Joseph and months have passed he have not seen him so he felt very heart broken and his heart became heavier and steadily he start crying.
Maya-(she came close) Om you (wiped his tears) have to be strong, you have to go to his place right now, Roshan uncle came by and told me this as he will be buried tomorrow , you were chosen to take care of his body for night, can you do that?
Om- of course I can (crying hard) what kind of question is that Maya?
Maya- no, what I meant to say was as other people are too old to walk in this cold weather that long and far in evening which will turn into almost night when you will get there and then you have to stay with father dead body all night long alone,(moving her through his hairs) won't you be scared?
Om- why I would be scared with father dead body Maya, I loved him so much.
Maya-(pulling him into her arms) I know and no matter what(kissing his forehead) happened or will happened I love you Om but you have to hurry now, you won't like to climb roads in mid night.
Om- can you give me a stick from backyard?
Maya- ok but before you go calm down and be strong (she have forgotten her own grief to support Om)
Om took lights and stick for his journey. In way he was not afraid of darkness or climbing or mountain slides but he was kind of lost in his own thoughts and memories.
When he reached the city some local helped him when he broke after seeing father's body.
Although they didn't liked him or father(they were Hindus) but it was not time to think as father has been resident there for long time and om was completely knocked off and they helped him through.
After while, Om recovered, they soon left and begin the emotional part as om and joseph's body was in same room, om soon unconsciously started to tell his body everything, thanking him to get him through and how he misbehaved him or never got chance to appreciate all he had done for him. How was everything going with maya and his whole life story from frustration, loneliness and happiness and joys, he blurt them out all in the night.
Next day
Morning
Om didn't sleep at all, but he was quite now, sad and quite. Soon he heard noise coming towards them and he come out and sees whole village coming.
