subject: Lead Attraction - Best Targeted Mlm Lead Source [print this page]

If you are looking for the best MLM Lead source for your network marketing business, then there are a couple of things to consider:

Plan A:

You spend time and money showing your business to as many people as possible hoping to find those who are serious and interested?

Or

Plan B:

You position yourself to attract those who are looking for you, your products and services, and waiting to hear from you?

It is 2 different approaches, and both CAN work, but the question is can you handle all of the work and rejection that comes from Plan A?

Many of the old time network marketers took pride in the 3 Foot rule. They pitched their business to anyone who came within 3 feet of them and even wore huge buttons saying, "Ask Me About My _______Business". If you weren't talking to anybody and everybody, then it was believed that you simply wouldn't be successful.

They also used the "let's just get them over to my house and spring it on them" approach which consisted in inviting some people over for a nice evening and then, when they least expected it, surprise them with the REAL reason you had them over. No wonder network marketing left a "bad taste" in people's mouths!

Today's Baby Boomer generation doesn't want to be sold! They are looking for honesty and integrity in relationships, and choose to do business with someone who is authentic. They want to be listened to, and are certainly open to hearing about an opportunity that may meet THEIR needs, but first want to discuss what their need are. They are sick and tired of worrying about their job and money, and are looking for a way to take control of their financial future.

Much of their interaction is over the internet, and when they want to find anything, they simply "Google It". If you properly position yourself in the market place and use the internet and social media to build relationships, you can be found by those people who are looking for you!

Then it's simply a process of listening to what your potential new business partner is looking for, and showing them how your business, products and services may meet their needs.

You can be authentic, open, honest, and truly share from the heart, and when you do, you will attract those who are looking and want to be part of your business. They will stay longer, follow your lead, and you can grow a team where everyone wins.
