Why does everybody fear passing exams? Why is it so stressful? It only takes one or two hours compared to preparation that could take months. When a preparation is over, it seems that nothing is left to be afraid of. But when the day of exam comes, students are next to pass out. To feel confident one should stick to a simple procedure:

1.First and foremost, go to bed early before the day of exam to get good sleep. The more sleep one gets the more concentrated and relaxed he/she feels.

2.It is very important to get up early on the day of exam. Taking a shower and doing some morning exercises helps feel energetic.

3.A good breakfast should not be underrated. A student should eat fresh fruit or cereals for breakfast not to be distracted by hunger at the exam. It is also advisable to have some coffee if one feels sleepy. But do not take more than one cup not to fidget at the exam.

4. Take extra pens and pencils. Usually, students are provided with pens but everything may happen. Do not take risks.

5. It is helpful to pack a bag beforehand. A student should make sure he/she has taken everything he/she needs. This may be notes, calculator, necessary papers and so on.

6.It is of vital importance to arrive at the exam on time or even earlier. There is nothing worse than being late. So, one should be punctual and know the exact time of the exam.

7.To feel comfortable it is suggested not to wear too formal clothes. However, jogging suits are also prohibited.

8.And the last important thing is to refresh memory before the exam. Looking quickly through notes helps a lot. It is useless to read all the materials in the morning but revising the most important points is wise.
