The partnership aims at providing safer roads for all. The scheme was inaugurated by Tejender Khanna, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.All these student volunteers have been selected after a rigorous screening process. The judging panel for this screening process comprised Delhi Police, HMIL representatives and IRTE officials.
