You need these things out of your diet and begin to eat a clean diet from this point forward. This would include adding such things as raw fruits and vegetables and healthy proteins and carbohydrates into your diet. Don't expect your diet to change overnight but by adding these healthy things into it, your diet will change naturally and your mood may just change along with it. Go ahead and try it.
