2nd Chakra; Pleasure, Fun And Creativity
Your 2nd Chakra resonates to the color orange in the physical octave and relates to the reproductive organs, sexuality, creativity and expression. In our society the 1st and 2nd Chakras are the areas that are suppressed and blocked in our bodies and life. Fear, blame, shame, aggressive and submissive behavior are all signs of suppressed and blocked energy through your first and second chakras.
In the ascended state this chakra resonates to the color of violet. At the highest most purified level this energy becomes forgiveness, transmutation, and freedom.
The exact place of each of these chakras in the body depends entirely on the school of thought you are listening to at the time
Truth is the exact positioning is not very important. More importantly is your attention and intention. Where you attention is there you are, meaning this is where your life force is flowing and creating. If you intend on running Reiki energy through your first Chakra (coccyx, rectal area) then this is where the energy will flow.
If you intend to run Reiki energy through your second Chakra (between genital area and navel area) then this also is where the energy will flow.
Place your hands and attention on that area and send your intention through your focused attention. This will also bring you to be present and in the moment.
Clearing and energizing this second chakra, is like the first. The only difference this time is you will use the color orange. You can wear orange underwear, orange trousers, etc.
You can also eat orange foods like carrots, oranges, and any other orange food.
When running Reiki Energy in this area you will use the same exercise as with your first chakra.
Lie or sit, and rest your hands low down on your abdomen or even over your genital area itself.
Activate the Mental and Emotional symbol and simply allow the energy to run for as long as it wants, until you and ready to move
Youll know when youve had enough because youll be prompted to stop or find yourself getting fidgety.
If you are running the energy at night before sleeping, just keep running it until you fall asleep. You can visualize it transforming from orange into a violet. Forgive all thoughts less than love. Allow this energy to activate all thoughts and feeling that have been suppressed. Dont resist, allow yourself be with your thoughts whatever they are, accept you humanity and know that this energy is being transmuted as you enter into the inner realms during sleep.
When you wake in the morning you may feel a desire to express yourself. Allow for much pleasure and fun to come into your life. This is important because this fun and pleasure will inspire and encourage all of your creative desires and full self expression.
Women, this is the womb, it is the center of your creativity, the seat of your power. If you are not using this energy internally by creating babies or practicing tantra, you will want to be expressing it outwardly.
Making love, writing, drawing, painting, dancing, interior design, arts, crafts, just being creatively expressive will keep the energy flowing strongly and smoothly.
Once this energy is moving, continue to open up to your creative self expression. If you do not allow this to flow unconstrained it will become blocked or out of balance, and this can lead to problems.
Some problems may be frequent headaches, foggy thinking, depression, problems with your womb and even vision disturbances as in not seeing your clear direction and path in life. This is just a few ways this imbalance or blockage may show up. There are many ways.
For you men the same applies. You need to be self expressed, creative, and alive. Allow your creative self expression to come through in everything you do.
A confident man will express a powerful, attractive and sensual energy. This is your true nature.
For the confident woman you will express magnificent grace, beauty, sensual, sexual, creative magic.
These natural states will occur by allowing the creative energy to flow thorough your 1st and 2nd chakras, including the most powerful and fundamental of your creative energies sexual expression. Enjoy everything about this natural, creative and wholly, satisfying energy, experience it fully.
You may use Reiki attune yourself to your oneness with life and the perfect balance of Love, Wisdom and Power in your life, family, home, business, world and affairs.
You will need to center on clearing all the misqualified energies created by your thoughts and feeling that are less than full acceptance and love of everything in your world.
Transmute and clear all the thoughts, beliefs and feelings you have about any people, places, conditions or things that you have allowed to throw you out of balance and harmony.
Some of these may be the job that sucks, the finances that are not enough, the marriage or relationship that somewhat works
You will want to correct and clear these thought about everything in your life which leaves you feeling discordant and does not bring fun, pleasure and enjoyment.
This de-cluttering of your life is not easy. But Reiki will certainly aid you to fulfill on what matters to you, freedom of choice and what is right for you. Reiki moves you towards your hearts desires.
