Your body will acclimate after a few days of intensive training. The muscle building progress rate will be slow when the body gets acclimated. Your body will feel that there is no need for building up of new muscles due to acclimation. This situation occurs when the body becomes familiar with a certain amount of weight or repetitions. It will soon become comfortable with the workouts you are doing currently.

The workouts may be intense but your body might have got accustomed with it. So it will not take the workout seriously and no attempt will be made to develop more muscles. There is no reason for the body to grow because it is already conditioned to handle the intensity you are providing now. You have to provide unusual stress to the muscles for creating the temptation to grow further. You have to subject then to new challenges.

It would be awesome to get bodybuilding routines that works and turn us into the hulk. But the main problem is, there are no best bodybuilding workouts. They all work to some degree the same or the other. One cannot just follow a routine of bodybuilding step by step and expect your results when you are not following the proper exercise, routine and diet. Everything must be in the proper manner then only one can see the good result coming up. One needs the right workout routine that suits your training outcomes and that can only qualify for a best bodybuilding workouts if you are in charge of the training outcome. That means you will have to determine what you want out of your training.

The warming up and stretching exercises are essential in the beginning of a weight training session. This will maximize your capability and increase the potential of your weight training programs. The blood flow will be increase and the body temperature will also increase after warming up. The fluids in the joints will flow freely to prevent injuries. The capillaries of the muscles will open enabling you to take more intensive workouts.

Now if it is understood as to how to build muscle, then you are ready to design your muscle building programs. Building muscle requires variety. Following the regular routine week after week will not only become tedious but leads to plateaus where little improvement will be realized. You can avoid this by understanding how a bodybuilding workout is put together so you can create your own custom muscle building programs.
