Young specialists who have just graduated from a college or university face different challenges as an employed environment introduces them to different rules and principles that have not been practiced before. In this regard, the alternative orientations and new mode of life proposed in this setting is very hard to accommodate. Graduates should, first of all, balance between leisure time and working activities. However, before applying for a particular job, students should carefully consider the main organizational principles and methods established by the company, as they might contradict their personal objectives. Balancing organizational strategies and individual needs It is proposed that human relations managers should reach a consensus concerning the accomplishment of organizational objectives and take into account individual needs. They should be more attentive to the quality of working conditions and to the equal opportunities provided to each employee. It is natural that each person has different expectations for the job they apply, but there should be a standard package of services provided by the company to help their workers adjust to a company's culture. How can graduates quickly adjust to a job setting? 1.First, graduates should examine thoroughly company's goals and objectives to understand which one coincides with their personal needs. 2.The second point they should pay attention to is security and accountability. A respectable organization should stick to a legal and moral code of conducting business with regard to human needs. Young and unskilled specialists should avoid the company whose main goal is to increase productivity by all means. 3.Third, it is important to define how your views and goals can improve the organizational strategies of their company. 4.Finally, in order to adjust to the working team, graduates should not critically assess the norms established within a working team. It can complicate their accommodation and create serious problems in ethical and moral terms.
