Having a ceiling fan or two installed will not only be more effective but can add a lot to the aesthetic appeal of the room as well.
What you actually use your sun room for is up to you. You could choose to make it an extension of the living or dining room, install a wet bar to expand your entertaining options or as a place to add a hot tub or a home gym.
