As you enter the luxury apartment property into the open plan lounge/dining room. This air conditioned room is very well furnished and complete with TV, DVD/CD player and telephone. Patio doors lead to a large covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, and a small lawned area partially enclosed by hedge, with views to the golf driving range.
The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with oven, hob and extractor, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.
