Take your plans and materials list down to your local DIY store, or wherever you plan on buying your wood and glass, and let them price up all the materials. This will make sure that you don't waste any money on surplus materials that will be wasted.
Once, you've got everything back home, you can start construction of the greenhouse. It really should take you no more than a couple of days to complete providing that you are working from a good set of plans. I can't stress how important plans are to any DIY project.
