To apply it on your skin, simply spread the liquid onto the affected area and leave for 30 minutes. You will find that when you apply it on your skin, your skin should feel cool and relaxed. Do this repeatedly until the eczema has resolved.

Oatmeal has been used for hundreds of years to treat eczema. Preparation is simple and easy.

All you need to do is buy a packet of oatmeal and then cook the oatmeal with water. Then let the oatmeal cool down enough so you can place your body part into the oatmeal. Once done so, leave until the irritation on your skin has stopped. Repeat twice a day until there is no more irritation on the skin.

3. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is a wonderful way to treat your eczema naturally and safely. Coconut oil is a moisturiser for your skin and also a skin protector. It is also used extensively in the cosmetic industry to repair and enhance dead looking skin. Simply apply one table spoon of coconut oil liberally into the skin that is affected until it has all absorbed in!
