Two different types of colours can also be given to kitchen cabinets.

On the other hand latex or oil colours can also be used to paint kitchen cabinets. Many companies have found themselves to be comfortable with oil paints as they are easy to use and hence they can also be dried up quickly in much less time. Latex paints are not much user friendly as they are difficult in its usage. Oil colours can cause some of the complications as well while painting kitchen cabinets. They take much longer time to dry them up and they also don't add furnishing look to the cabinets.

Kitchen cabinets can be painted with spray paints too. Some of the difficulties are found in painting with spray. The problems that have been identified are that with spray paints, the kitchen cabinets may not be painted up completely as some of the blank areas may be left behind and hence then it may not look much good. Furthermore the kitchen cabinets can also be painted in antique style with use of antique colours.

Antique painting can be used on those cabinets that have been painted in light colours rather than the dark ones. The other name for antique kitchen cabinets is glazing kitchen cabinets which also add warmth and beauty to the cabinets. Oil paints must be used up with those cabinets which need to be painted in dark colours instead of light colours.
