Spindle/Snap Cappers: a durable and versatile capper that is able to sort, place and complete a wide range of both screw and snap caps. These capping machines are known to do it all however there are a few change parts involved decreasing productivity.
Chuck Cappers: this single or dual head capper is designed to maximize the speed of your packaging line while maintaining consistent torque on your caps. Torque being the tightness of the cap placed on the container. Thanks to modern technology, these machines really do maintain a consistent tightness.
The innovative design of a cap now shows whether or not the container has been tampered with before purchasing. The famous Snapple cap gives a popping sound one it is untwisted telling the consumer its still fresh or the caps on plastic soda bottles breaks away from the seal below it giving the consumer the same sense. These capping machines are an important part in the packaging process giving the products as long a shelf life as possible. If these caps are not applied correctly, the container is wasted lowering revenue.
