subject: Exercise For Belly Flab - Get Powerful Or Fall Victim To A Pounding [print this page] Exercise for belly flab folks have frequently just gotten a little grown up then stopped for a spell or completely on that once hope of having a flawless physique and maintaining a specific figure, it seems like that ever since the government came out and said that the vast majority of people in America are at least 10 to 30 pounds over weight that so many just took that information and said to themselves "great now I feel better about my flab stomach". And in no way been on an fitness program or diet regime since, and that was in 1999!
There is really no explanation for anyone today for walking around with a flab belly, there is just too many different exercise program and diet programs on the current market these days and quite a few are absolutely free of charge.
I find the best way to get removal of flab jiggle is with a combo of exercise and diet program, but then comes the questions that most everyone ask are like " which one?" I am here to tell you anyone will do as long as it has a authenticated track history and history of happy and assured customers.
Many really believe the lie they tell themselves when they don't want to change their gluttonous or physical exercise habits they say things like "i can't lose weight" no matter what I do or "if I just look at food I put weight on".
Personally, I would like to say to these men and women "then let me pay your way to Africa so you can live in a refugee camp for 30 days" do you think you will lose weight then? of course they will you try walking for 10 - 15 miles everyday in 110 degree temperature and eat one bowl of grits every 3 days.
Folks who say they can't lose weight have generally already given up on even trying to lose weight, what a shame. At one point in my life I was like that, being fast is no joke. A flab abs person can laugh all they want to but deep inside there is pain not just physical in the joints but emotional as well like having trouble getting in and out of places or want to go to the movies and you get there only to find out the seat are too small.
However you learn to tell that famous lie "I'm proud of the way I look" and if you say it enough time there is a part of you that really feels it, or is it just another way to get use to not working out or dieting?
For me looking back it was all one big lie I told myself daily...
