3. Click the Show Profiles button.

4. Click the Add button.

5. Type a name for the email profile in the Profile Name text box and click the OK button.

6. Select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types check box.

7. Click the Next button.

8. Select the Microsoft Exchange option and click the Next button.

9. Type the name of the Exchange Server in the Microsoft Exchange Server text box.

10. Type the name of your mailbox that the Exchange administrator has set up for you.

11. Click the Next button.

12. Click the Finish button.

13. Now, click the Always use this profile option and select the recently created Outlook profile in the drop-down list.

14. Click the Apply button.

15. Click the OK button.

16. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
