This natural healing therapy is an alternative modality that is available to all of us. And, there are no exceptions to this rule.Emotional healing, physical healing, inner peace, spiritual enlightenment, and personal transformation are some of the benefits that can be obtained by deliberately creating your life. Deliberate creation is when you put into effect the Law of Attraction through your awakened state of being.We talked in previous articles about the process one can take to becomean awakened being and therefore create your life with deliberate intention. This fourth article will entail another facet you can apply to the process.As we have discerned, our thoughts combined with our emotions are the creators of our lives. Therefore, it is imperative that you acknowledge that your words are also part of this process. Not each and every word, but the words that are habitual are the ones I am referring to.When I talk about habitual words I am talking about the negative words that we spew out into the Universe. This has to do with the attitude and emotions that are attached to your words.So, hopefully, you will become aware of what you are saying aboutyourself and others and begin to give attention to what you are creating in the process. Once you are aware, you can then take the necessary steps to rectify the situation where needed.On the other side of the coin, and there is always another side, let us look at the power of creation when you speak with positive energy andemotion. Speaking out loud is much more intense and powerful than just thinking the words. The reason for this is because hearing the words is more profound. So, instead of just sending the words out into the ether in an unconscious way of being, when you really listen to yourself and absorb them into your inner being, it is much more powerful! How great is that!So, if you are asking yourself how you can do this and not look like you are someone people need to be afraid to be around because you are talking to yourself, there are ways. Here are just a few examples.Obviously the ideal situation is for you to be alone when you do this. If you dont live alone then you can become creative. The shower is a good place to practice this modality. Driving in the car is another option. In this day and age seeing someone talking to themselves in the car is not out of place because people will just assume you are talking on a cell phone, hands free of course. Another possibility is when you are outside walking. Where there is a will there is a way. I am sure you can find a way that is suitable for you.So, what you need to do is get yourself in a place where you feel safe and is nurturing. This means both in the physical and emotional sense.Once you have found the place and have a sense of well being then you need to choose your words carefully. Remember the subconscious does not understand the word not. So you should not focus on what you do not want but you need to focus on what you DO want. In other words, it is best to say that you have a healthy relationship filled with peace, joy, and all manner of good things, for example. Do NOT say you do not want an abusive, unloving, stressful relationship. Because what the subconscious will hear is that you want an abusive, unloving, stressful relationship since it does not recognize the word not. Do you see the difference and understand why this is vitally important?You can apply this process to any aspect of your life. It could be about your career, relationship, finances, health, or whatever. This is a mind-body therapy. It is also a connection to your inner being, brings you inner peace, and will ultimately bring personal transformation.In closing it is best to remember that this is a process that needs to be done on a regular basis. As I have stated in previous articles, doing this once or twice will not bring the desired results. Having a conscious awareness and becoming an awakened being about your thoughts, words, and emotions is what the Law of Attraction is all about. We get the Law of Attraction through default or through deliberate intention. The choice is up to you. I hope these articles have given you the insight you have been seeking.
