Since you first started shoveling food into your mouth, people have been telling you to eat your fruits and vegetables. Well, not many people listened. Today, 7 servings of fruits and vegetables are recommended for women, and 9 are recommended for men. I'm not sure about you, but I know I'm even slacking in this department.
