When you take the time to LISTEN to people, to care about them, and find out what it is that would help them most, you plant the correct seeds out into the market place.
By putting them first, you gain their trust, they will listen eagerly to what you have to say, and they will follow you. You gain their trust easier and quicker because you really care about them, and they know you wouldn't steer them wrong.
This mentality is absolutely the most effective, rewarding, and successful mentality to have in network marketing. Think about it, do you want to be recruited, sponsored, or MENTORED?
When relationship building is your sole focus, you will find that you have more friends than you ever had before to keep in contact with for the rest of your life, and true solid business partners who work together to achieve the maximum benefit.
