At Your Funeral Imagine that it is a very important day: it is the day of your funeral. People that you have known throughout your life have gathered to say farewell to you. One by one they stand up in front of everyone else to hold a short speech about the person that you were to them. Ask yourself these questions: 1. Who will come to your funeral? How many people will there be? 2. What will the people say about you? Was that scary? Did you imagine that people would talk positively about you or did they mostly mention negative things? Did they say very much at all? How many people did you see at your funeral? Who were they? Now, go back to your funeral but instead try to think of what you would like it to be like. How many people would be there? Who would they be? What would each person say about you? Now that you know what kind of person you would like people to remember you as, think about what you will do to become that person. You CAN become that person. However, far away from the ideal you that you are at the moment, you still have the potential to become that person within you. It is never too late to change. 1. Where is the biggest difference between the person you are now and the person that you would like to be remembered as? 2. What is the most important action that you can take to make this difference smaller and bring you closer to your ideal you? 3. Do you really want to change? You only live once. Its up to you what you make of it. I can help you to become the person you would like to be! Visit www.livmiyagawa.com! Liv Miyagawa - The Self-Esteem CoachAbout the Author:
