subject: The Trump Network [print this page] Look out, there's a new business in townLook out, there's a new business in town. It's called www.thetrumpnetwork.com. This is Donald Trump's newest business venture, a multi-level marketing company that formerly called Ideal Health. This website is studded with images and video clips of Donald Trump; yet would you expect less from him?
In the video, Donald seems a little stiff in front of the camera. You'd think he'd be easier about it after all that time in front of the camera on " The Apprentice. " He's not exactly very lively during the video, but we should also remeber that he's got a lot on his mind. I wonder what the real estate bust did to the guy's net worth.
The website has some issues as of this writing, which, to be fair, is a common problem with many well-known sites from time to time. The one thing that really annoyed me was when I tried signing up for more information and the page wouldn't work. Come on, I needed more information, not aggravation!
It does get the point across on what it means to be an MLM. There's a specifically interesting portion that relates how, in times of recession, entrepreneurial-minded people turn to network marketing. Apparently it is historically proven.
The website though does not mention what the compensation bonuses will be, except for one particular program, which is up to $700 monthly towards a car lease or payment. Of course the site claims their rewards are among the most generous in the industry, despite similar claims made by other MLM websites.
If your visit to their site makes you decide to become a distributor, then listen to my advice, search for outside sources for valuable information on marketing too. I'm aware that the company will brag of their great training, so I'm here to tell you that they won't be able to cover everything that is important for you to know.
Do yourself a big favor and invest in a marketing course. It's not necessary to go back to college; just get started with an online course that can be learned from home. Then you will be armed with more knowledge than 95% of the other distributors, and you will really stand out, besides making a whole lot of money.
The site also showcases their products. There will be a meal replacement, weight loss product, some natural energy drinks and a customized vitamin supplement. Donald Trump is hoping to help people, and also to capitalize on the estimated 79 million baby boomers, some of which may have some retirement money left.
