You may click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "About Ideal..." to learn its version number. If it is the latest version, then just click "Check Update" to download the new fixes for the recent DVD from our server. Then try to burn this DVD. You should succeed.
If you met any errors when copying the DVD. Please just keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files", and then you will get a .buz file, just save it to your desktop, then enclose it in your email, we will give you a fix within one business day.
