Go to a twilight cultist camp in Silithus. Kill all the cultists, and turn in the encrypted twilight texts they drop for rep. Collect the twilight armor and use the set to summon abyssal templars at the wind stones, turn in the Abyssal Crests they drop for more rep. Buy encrypted twilight texts, abyssal crests, abyssal signets, abyssal scepters from the AH to turn in. Instead, try to sneak all the way into the enemy's base (Dun Baldar or Frostwolf Keep) to assault one of those two towers right at the start. Generally, no one will try stopping you, and very few people actually rush for those towers in the beginning. After that, go for a graveyard assault. If you're fast enough, you can probably get either the one right in the base (the relief hut or the aid station), or the one directly outside of it (Frostwolf or Stormpike). After you get the assaults out of the way, you can then just head to the middle and try to defend whatever seems the easiest. People rarely defend graveyards contested graveyards, so defending one of those isn't usually hard (Stonehearth or Iceblood are usually the easiest ones to defend). Towers, on the other hand, can be difficult. They usually have a couple of defenders, at least, so retaking them on your own isn't always viable. And, yeah, if you see an opportunity to get your Field of Strife kill while you're going around defending, don't hesitate to take it.
