1. Take a walk once you experience stress and aggravation. When the pressure level expands break loose.

5. Listen to soothing music. Allow for the music to calm down your mind.

6. Compose a letter to the individual you are furious with. State as much as you desire in the means you desire... then throw it away. This is only to free your feelings. It's not to place a greater force between you and person else.

7. Draw off your feelings. Fetch a few colorful pencils or your child crayons and depict what you experience.

8. Build a restful picture in your brain. What is most relaxing for you... the beach, sportfishing, the mountains, horse back riding? Whatever it is, occupy your mental imagery and entirely absorb yourself in the mental image.

9. Compose a conversation between you and those who have offended you. Tell them what you want to state and compose their reply. Once again... Do not give it to them.

10. Imagine what happened is a scene in a situation comedy. Laugh at it. The humor is there.

11. Write off what you can learn from the situation. This disengages you from your emotions and puts you back in your rational brain.

The more you apply among more of the above methods, the calmer you will be. You will be more cheerful and so will those around you.
