subject: Wedding Chair Cover Hire Is A Must For Any Wedding [print this page]

Wedding Chair Covers each year are becoming more and more popular, thus more and more companies are now offering wedding chair covers to hire.

Today chair covers are made from cotton, polyester or spandex. Spandex in my opinion look awful when dressed on a chair, they are thin, see through and stretchy. Cotton chair covers look nice but you have to bear in mind that they crease very easily and for a chair cover hire company are very difficult to launder.

The colours vary, if you go for a bright white Chair Cover you should find it easier to tie in other colours within your wedding theme. Typically a polyester white chair cover will look cleaner and fresher since polyester is less likely to crease than cotton and can be cleaned at a high temperature.

White chair covers are by far the best the colour to use, when a sash is wrapped around the chair and tied in a bow this looks very impressive. The chair could be old and tatty with a ripped seat pad but with the chair cover fitted the chair looks beautiful and elegant. I would like to make you aware that banquet chairs come in different sizes, even if they look the same at first glance. Chairs made in the Far East tend to be bigger than chairs made in America.

Dont forget to research the sashes. Again there are many, many colours available and every hirer will most probably have different shades. Always request a sample or a snippet of the material to examine the colour and fabric. Theres nothing worse than a lovely white chair cover and a cheap looking sash with frayed edges.

If you choose to hire wedding chair covers for your wedding day, always, always obtain a sample of the chair cover and sash. You need to see the colour of the sash and more importantly the quality of the chair cover. When you receive the sample take it down to the venue and try it for size on the chairs. The last thing you want on your big day is the chair covers arriving and not fitting the chairs.
