I would like you to try to find the most successful people in your life. People you know of. People you have heard of. Investigate if they have made their success on their own. You probably won't be able to find that person. And if you do, they won't be successful for too much longer. You will find that successful people don't become a success in their field without some kind of coaching or mentoring. So if being successful in any venture by having help is so important, why should that be any different for an individual building his/her MLM business? Well, it's not!
Research has shown that MLM businesses work! As a matter of fact, wealthy business gurus such as Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki have made claims that everyone should do some kind of MLM. So what makes some MLM opportunities different from the rest? The answer is simple, coaching and mentoring!
Most MLM's are a revolving door business not because it's not a great opportunity, but because their is a lack of leadership. When the so-called "leaders" of an organization are money hungry as opposed to people hungry things tend to get messy. When you have a combination of a great business plan and great mentoring wanting to genuinely help people, then making money can very realalistic.
Think about it this way! If you had to walk through a mine field, would you rather go first or last? LAST! I would hope you had answered last. Coaches and mentors are meant to be guides through the metaphorical MLM mine field. They have made mistakes, bad decisions and careless errors. Their entire objective of being a coach/mentor is to lead you away from the very same things that slowed the growth in their business down. The goal being for you to succeed sooner than later.
Listen to your coaches. Learn from your mentors. If you don't have a physical person to follow, pick up a book of someone successful in your similar field of endeavor and learn from them. Lower your pride! Lower your ego! If you are going to build your MLM to it's fullest potential then having a coach/mentor is the utmost important thing you can have on your side.
