First you can purchase a weight bench and all sorts of weights. Second you can purchase an all in one machine. Third you can do all body weight exercises. The biggest problem with the first 2 is that that can be quite expensive. By expensive I mean at least $200 all the way to over $1,000. By doing bodyweight exercises you will just need a $40 pull up bar that you put in your door jam. Since this is something almost everyone can afford we will focus on this. When working out at home you are going to do basic exercises like push ups and pull ups. You want to learn different varieties like decline push ups, dive bomber push ups, etc. These different ones will help you to hit the muscles differently so that you get bigger muscles. Pull ups also have different varieties, but most of them have to do with grip width.Knowing how to build muscle at home is only half of the battle. Working out at home tends to be hard because there are all sorts of distractions. If you can ignore them and be consistent it is a very viable way of gaining muscle and you can get the body you have always wanted. In today's world most people do not want to wait for results. They want to get more muscle in less time and there is a way to do that. If you are using the right supplements you will put yourself light years ahead of everyone else.
