Last year, two mobile phones by Nokia were launched back ""to-back. The first to get launched was Nokia X6 and the next one was N900. As per the claims made by Nokia, the two mobile phones have several dissimilarities as X6 is a dedicated music phone while N900 is a top class smart phone.

In terms of appearance and weight, Nokia N900 is heavier than X6. This is because the former one comes with a QWERTY keyboard and it measures 181 grams in comparison to the 122 grams weight of Nokia X6.

The display of Nokia N900 is bigger than that of X6. N900 offers a 3.5 inch resistive touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. On the other hand, Nokia X6 includes 3.2 inches capacitive touch screen and its display resolution is 360 x 640 pixels.

Now, lets"s focus on something that is similar in both the devices. Both Nokia X6 and Nokia N900 comes with a 5 mega pixel camera that includes dual LED flash, auto focus, Carl Zeiss optics, digital zoom, geo tagging and video light. Video recording is possible with the cameras of both the devices at WVGA (848 x 480)@25fps for N900 and at VGA@30fps for X6. Both Nokia X6 and N900 have a frontal camera that allows the users to enjoy video calling features effectively.

The connectivity and wireless features of the phone are quite similar as well. Both the devices are GSM based and includes quad band support. GPRS, EDGE, Wi Fi and 3G along with MicroSUB port and Bluetooth are present in X6 and N900. However, Nokia N900 excels in terms of browsing speed as it boasts support of up to 10 mbps HSDPA, while that of X6 is up to 3.6 HSDPA.
