These beds are often seen in luxurious hotels and if you want to inject a bit of style and elegance to your bedroom (and have the space) a canopy bed can be just the ticket. The canopy can be solid such as wood or metal like the rest of the frame or decorated with drapes and curtains for a different look.
Murphy/Wall Bed
These beds are again a space saver type of bed that is often found in studio apartments and smaller bedrooms. The bed can be pulled down from the wall in the evening and folded back up during the day for living space. Despite preconceptions you can get Murphy beds that are single or double sized depending on your preference.
Platform Beds
Platform beds are popular as their minimalist appearance that many people look for can tie in with the rest of their bedrooms design. The Platform bed is one of many eastern inspired beds such as the Futon that many western countries have now adopted for something that is a bit different.
