Writing a resume in a way that will please the eyes of the recruiter is very important but a difficult task to fulfill. This is a topic which requires a lot of debate. There are many people for whom a resume does not hold much importance. It is a mere formality for them which require filling in every detail of an individual whether it is important or relevant to the job application or not.

Whether you are moving to the next level or being promoted, it is the duty of an employee to maintain his resume regarding who they are, which position they are being promoted to and what are their future prospects. This is important from the point of view that a resume shows the recruiter your potentialities and caliber.

Many job seekers might spend hours and hours to google whats the best way to design their resume. But one think that they forget is that their resume will not directly go to the higher authorities or the HR managers but it will be the recruiters who will scrutinize their resumes and then if they feel that your resumes are strong enough to indicate your strengths as a team member your resume will be further seen by the higher management.

It is highly necessary to provide such information which is readily available and readable by the recruiter despite of the fact that they dont work for the company which requires an employee or in other sense can be called outsourced recruiters. Keywords should be highlighted so that the recruiter gets impressed with your resume in the 20 seconds which he takes to read the resume. It is very essential to choose a resume that best describes the past experience, outlines them in a clear and concise manner.

Always make sure that your phone number should be their at the top. If the recruiter likes your resume and would want to contact and then if he wont find any contact detail, your resume will be rejected straight away.

So make your resume in a way that it forces the recruiter to call you in for job..!!!
