Besides these points, the hunting lease should specify the amount to be charged and most landowners use what others are charging as their lease price. In addition, locating responsible hunters who respect the property as well stick to the terms of the lease agreement can pose a bit of a challenge and thus requires proper screening of the candidate hunter.
