The ultimate vision of every individual after his studies is to lead a healthy life in terms of medical as well as monitory aspects. A student from the beginning of his school days starts working according to his career plans, what he wants to become in life or what are his developmental goals. There are a number of ups and down which a student goes through in his life cycle, which makes him understand the true meaning of life or in other way are the lessons which one needs to face to learn the intrigities of life.

A well- thought-out plan is very much required to sustain and maintain the growth of your career. Achieving what you aim for gives you a majestic feeling, but at the same time is very challenging. It requires a lot of hard- work, concentration, enthusiasm and analysing power. Also, the courage to be able to accept rejection or defeat is also important, because its not all the times, we win, or succeed, failure is apart of life and at times a very important aspect, to make one understand the true meanings of life.

Trying for the first Job after graduation or post graduation, depends on the course, subjects and the respective degrees you have earned in your life. The future growth of the career of a student depends on the steps he takes; each step and action counts and contributes towards the shaping up of him being a successful service or businessman. In fact many students, before actually entering the job arena, prefer registering themselves as intern with the most renowned companies of their fields. Though, earning an internship is also a tough task these days, but one must try and grab the best of the opportunities available. Some of the good inferences, a student can draw after joining as an intern with the most organisations is:

1.Practical Knowledge: Till the time of college, students get only theoretical knowledge, which is very different from the practicality of the work culture. Therefore, before actually taking the responsibility of a particular sector in an organisation, one must get used to of the environment and the work responsibilities as a part of his internship.

2.Experience: Training or internships makes the student an experience holder, as this involves him working in almost all the sectors of that particular field, giving him an opportunity to choose a career of his interest and according to his capability.

3.Networking: Doing an internship with an organisation, facilitates the candidate with the chance to built his contacts or grow his professional network while working in the organisation. The network, which can further help him in his career growth.

4.Professional behaviour: A student, while doing internship with any organisation, get to learn the skills, mannerism, codes and conduct to be kept in mind for working in a professional environment. Also, the dressing sense plays a vital role in shaping your personality in the organisation, which needs to be sophisticated and simple as much as possible to maintain the decorum of the company.

There are many students who are very keen on earning themselves and getting self- dependent from the beginning of their career. So, they start working right after graduation, and do post graduation on part time basis or vice- versa. The area of work differs according to the interest and the specialities of the student. Although, if someone is doing a job with his studies, it should compliment the nature of his studies, to add- on to his professional value, or which in future may help him showing as an experience in the field required. So, while choosing, even a part- time job, or your first job one must be careful and remember it is the foundation stone of his career.
