Golf is a favourite pastime on holidays in the Costa de la Luz and one of Spains most picturesque courses can be found here. Just near Islantilla is a 27 hole course with bunkers sculptured into the sand dunes and some of the most stunning views in Spain will greet you as you tee off.
Cheap holidays to the Costa de la Luz are available all year round with summer temperatures often topping 30C however the welcome Atlantic breeze keeps temperatures bearable. Late September and October can sometimes see some rainfall, however it never lasts long and temperatures rarely drop below 10 during winter months.
Holidaymakers can fly into Faro in the nearby Algarve, Jerez in the Costa de la Luz or even Seville about 2 hours away.
