Always consult your doctor before playing paintball, as you would with any form of physical activity or sport. Also, make sure to wear the right safety gears like masks or vests to protect your eyes, head or body while playing the game. Numerous injuries have been reported in relation with playing paintball. Being safe than sorry will still be your rule whenever you play a physical sport such as paintball.
