Repeating Life Style Patterns That Don't Work

Written by: Kathy Foster, D.Div. How To Release Them (Part 2 of 3) Personal transformation translates into a life of inner peace where healing transpires from the inside out. The rewards are numerous and can include pain release, stress release, and physical healing. Furthermore, connecting with your inner essence can mean having a recovery from depression, addictive behavior patterns, and can also bring spiritual enlightenment. In part one of this series we talked about how to recognize the patterns. We also touched briefly upon releasing the patterns. In this article we will focus more on learning to how to release the patterns. As was stated in the first article, you are your own spiritual therapist. What that means is that because you have the Divine Being dwelling within you, you have access to the healing modality available to all of us. The healing modality I am speaking of is an all natural therapy, is holistic in nature, and is a mind-body therapy. It is spiritual, relaxing, inspiring, nurturing, balancing, healthy, and safe. And, it is easy to do. So, assuming at this point, you have unveiled the emotion(s) that is ongoing, let us get into how to go about releasing and clearing said emotion(s). Once the emotion has been given a name, that is, that you are recognizing how you feel when certain things are happening in your life, then you just follow the emotion back in time until you get to the trauma point. The trauma point is the incidence where the emotion came into your life. This process incorporates your imagination. Let your imagination guide you. Do not be logical about it. Logic is a sure way to stop the process dead in its tracks. Remember, you are the creator of your own life. Nobody has to know what you are thinking while you are being your own spiritual therapist and intuitive counselor. This process is about YOU reclaiming your birthright for a happy, joyous, and peaceful existence. Again, assuming your imagination, which is really your intuitive counselor, has given you a scenario in which you were subjected to a situation where you automatically went into the fight or flight syndrome. This scenario will come up for you when you are connected with your inner essence and utilizing your imagination. More than likely you got into the flight part of the above syndrome. If you were not frightened then you would not still be carrying the trauma point emotion. Understand? Also, do not discount past lives when you are doing this process. If your spirit is showing you a scene from another time-frame then give yourself the freedom to experience the healing from that reference point. The next step in the process is to bring in your Divinity and just claim a clearing and a healing. Feel the release when you do this. And the final step is to then bring the clearing and healing forward, using your imagination, into your current life.
