In the ring, in the cage, and on the mat's, winning has become a regular occurrence for the Jay Pages Jiu-Jitsu and Phoenix Combat Academy Competition Team! Friday; October 15th, featured Bashir Saber (1-1-0) vs. Jaymes Shulte (3-30) in Rage in the Cage at the Wild Horse Pass Casino in Candler Arizona. In the first round, neither fighter tried to feel the other out. They wasted no time and went at it! Balls to the wall, guns blazing, neither fighter left nothing in the cage Friday Night. After a few exchanges, a take down defended, and a take down taken, Bashir pulled off a text book arm bar from the guard, rolling to his belly to the arm bar to win in the first round with an arm bar so tight that his opponents elbow was possibly injured. His opponent put up a good fight defending the arm bar, however the evening did not end in his favor. Three Cheers to both fighters and congratulates to Bashir Saber of Phoenix Combat Academy and Jay Pages Jiu-Jitsu for bringing home another big "W"!
