First thing you must consider in choosing the right bra, the first thing to do is measure the size of your breasts.

If your breasts are medium size, do not choose a bra with a small cup. It will cause the breast will fall sideways instead being symmetrical in the chest. Choose a bra without wire and equipped with a buffer coating, so that propped up with a good symmetrical outcome.

For small-sized breasts, although there is not much to support, your breast still require an appropriate buffer. Wired bra less suitable for small breasts while the best option is a seamless soft cups bra.

Big breast problem is much more than smaller one, the main idea is to choose a bra that is able to 'compact' the size of your breast. This refer to a bra that has a diagonal line, so the breast does not fall down, but rose to the front. So in result, the breast will not bulge over the top of the cup in a double bump, droop, or generally out of shape.

If you find that the bra straps fall down and needed to constantly adjusted over and over again, then this means you need to find smaller number, while if your bust fall forward instead being in its central symmetrical position, this means you need a slightly bigger number.

You can also try to insert two fingers at the bottom of the tires on the center front of the bra. If it is too narrow, look for one bigger number.

Bra strap main function is to 'flatten' side part and bra cup. If you find bra strap fall off and your breast fall off too, it means that your bra cannot support the breast. Therefore, avoid the straps that cause red marks on your shoulder, or pull your shoulder forwards. Also avoid the bra that rides up in the back, or make the center of your bra fails to touch your breastbone.

If you find the bra fails to meet above criteria, perhaps the bra is not right for you, or may be not be the correct size.
