Lobbying the legislation projects for improving the educational sphere and the life of students in general These classification principles are generally accepted, nevertheless, there are also other factors that make alumni unite, and groups differentiate: these are the year of graduation, the place of education or a place of origin. Necessity of Association Differentiation Alumni associations play an important role for students and universities, as well as for development of the educational sphere in general. Nevertheless, the amount of these associations, and the differentiation of their aims form the decentralized body of educational government. It means that the associations partly control the educational sphere, and influence the development processes, including legislations, admission principles, science development etc. Finally, it should be emphasized that the actual importance of the differentiation is regarded from the perspective of student community development and the communication processes among students and alumni. These associations are the important aspect of student movement development in politics and legislation even in spite of the fact that students rarely participate in alumni associations.
